A board-certified family medicine physician with more than 25 years of clinical experience caring for patients across a wide range of medical needs. Her background includes extensive work in both family practice and emergency medicine, giving her a well-rounded, practical approach to patient care.
Dr. Ratley is known for her commitment to listening first—taking the time to understand each patient’s health history, concerns, and goals before developing individualized care plans. She believes in providing thoughtful, evidence-based care that supports long-term health while helping patients feel informed and confident in their treatment decisions.

Cathy Simms, BSN, RN
Cathy Simms is a registered nurse with a strong foundation in clinical care and health and wellness leadership. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she worked as a registered nurse providing direct patient care before transitioning into roles focused on program leadership, patient education, and long-term health support.
At Hometown Health Clinic, Cathy plays an integral role in delivering personalized medical and aesthetic services. She has completed the required training and certifications to safely perform injectable aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxin services, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and patient care.
